Magdalena Włodarczak

Magdalena Włodarczak is the Director of Expansion and Sustainability at Northvolt Systems Poland. Her primary focus is developing the future expansion plans for battery systems manufacturing and the reduction of the carbon footprint of operations. Since joining Northvolt, she has played a fundamental role in driving the expansion program for energy storage solutions.

Magdalena Włodarczak has an educational background in power engineering and energy markets. Before joining Northvolt, she worked as a management consultant, focusing mainly on energy transition, decarbonization and new technologies. Outside of work, she is an enthusiast of sports and nature.
