DEBATE
Energy Transformation in Poland: Can Consumers Count on Access to Affordable Green Energy? – Development Perspective

Topics:
During the debate, issues related to the accessibility of renewable energy sources for consumers, both institutional and local government, will be addressed. Currently, green energy is becoming a necessary product for consumers to remain competitive in global markets. Without ensuring consumers access to renewable energy sources, the Polish economy may lose competitiveness, and further investments may not be located, while existing ones may seek new markets. Therefore, the panel will address issues related to industrial transformation and the needs of consumers in the field of green energy. Representatives of both state and local government administrations (who also act as energy consumers) will present their views. The debate will also include energy producers and trading companies, who will indicate what needs to be done to provide consumers quickly and efficiently with an adequate amount of green energy.
