Andrzej Bondyra is a graduate of Master's studies at the Faculty of Food Chemistry of the Lodz University of Technology. Additionally, he completed postgraduate studies: Academy of Energy at the Warsaw School of Economics and postgraduate studies in the field of international accounting standards IAS/IFRS at the Leon Koźmiński University in Warsaw. He also completed postgraduate studies in finance, accounting and management.
He started his professional career in banking. He served, among others, as the President of the Management Board of WBC Leasing Sp. z o. o. He also worked as Vice-President of the Management Board and Financial Director of Fabryka Maszyn w Janowie Sp. z o. o., Financial Director of Stella Pack S.A., Economic Director - Operational Management Coordinator of SIPMA S.A., Financial Director of BIOMED-LUBLIN WYTWÓRNIA SUROWIC I SZCZEPIONEK S.A., INTERIM MANAGER, Managing Director of SCO-PAK S.A. in restructuring and Financial Director in production plants. Since 2019, he has been associated with PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A., where he served, among others, as the President of the Management Board of PGE Dystrybucja S.A.. From 2020 Vice-President of the Management Board of Agencja Rynku Energii S.A.

The number of cPPA agreements continues to rise year by year. In current European markets and in Poland, banks and financial institutions increasingly offer products directly related to cPPA agreements. Entities financing investments in new renewable energy sources are increasingly imposing specific requirements on cPPA agreements. Banks and financial institutions are increasingly involved in negotiating cPPA agreement provisions. The panel will discuss the main challenges associated with financing cPPA agreements. Discussion participants will particularly debate issues related to obtaining guarantees for cPPA contracts, which can serve as financing security for investments in new renewable energy sources. The panel will present the perspectives of financing institutions and producers.
